Step 1: Open you own image in photoshop.
Step 2: Use the pen tool to select the entire object.
Step 3: While the pen tool is still selected right click your image and click make selection.
Step 4: Make sure the radius box is 0 and the anti-alias box is checked.
step 5: While the object is still selected click the marquee tool and go to the upper right corner and click on the refine edge.
Step 6: Change the selection to New layer with layer mask.
Step 7: Set the radius to 3, smooth to 2, constrat to 20, and output to New Layer with Layer Mask then click OK.
Step 8: Make sure the object is still selected then go to Select>modify>then expand then click OK.
Step 9: Click on the original background image and press the delete key and select content aware.
Step 10: After that go to Edit>puppetwarp.
Step 11: Move, drag, or rotate the object as you please.
